Please use the washing machine during your stay, as we do not change the amenities, towels and bedspreads in your room.

✳︎For those staying longer than 2 weeks

• Two towels will be provided per person. Please change the towels when you wash them.
• We will replenish consumables (toilet paper, hand soap, etc.) after 2 weeks upon request. Please note that we will leave the supplies in the entrance hall.

• The house is equipped only with showers, but there are public bathhouses scattered nearby that are unique to the downtown area.
• Our facility is non-smoking. Some of our guests who choose our non-smoking rooms are allergic to cigarettes, so smoking is strictly prohibited in our rooms, even on the balcony. Smoking in front of the house or in the bicycle parking area is also prohibited. Please smoke in designated smoking areas nearby.
  If it is discovered that a guest has smoked in the room, a special disinfection and cleaning fee of 50,000 yen will be charged.
• Please note that there are train tracks near the house, so there will be some noise when trains pass by.
  Those who like trains and little boys are very excited and happy to open the windows to see trains.
• We ask for your cooperation in the fight against COVID-19 novel coronavirus.

1. Before entering the facility, please sweep the dust from your jacket lightly in front of the entrance.
2. Alcohol sanitizer is available at the entrance, so please be sure to sanitize your hands and touch the doorknob before entering the room.
3. After entering a room, gargle first and wash your hands again with soap. Hang your jacket on a hanger and do not place it directly on the bed or chair. Hanging them out on the balcony is also effective in removing the virus.
   
   In the unlikely event that the test results are positive, we will follow the guidance of the public health center.
   In the event that special cleaning including disinfection is required, a separate fee of 50,000 yen will be charged. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

• Please do not inquire or visit this building as part of this building is an office for rent and has nothing to do with the private accommodation host.
• We do not allow large groups of people to drink and make noise indoors at parties, etc., as it is a nuisance to the neighbors. There are benches in the bicycle parking area, but please refrain from loud conversations as it is a nuisance to the neighbors.
• This facility requires your cooperation in separating garbage and putting out garbage when you check out. Please only use this facility if you have the good manners to comply with the house rules.
